BBR HB Implementation

Funny how work can upset the most precise training plan.  It's the sad reality of being an Average Joe and not an elite.  The table below details how AMD and I will actually be using the HB plan.  Running 6 days in a row seems very daunting, so we decided to use the low end of the mileage range.  Those yellow boxes on the schedule?  Those are all the scheduled trips I know of that interfere with the plan.  Sao Paulo, Keystone, Vegas, Amsterdam.  The first three trips are early on when the mileage is low.  The big one is the 11 day trip to Amsterdam (it's a business trip, really!)  While Amsterdam is a great city to run in, I wanted to alleviate the pressure of adhereing to a training plan on a business trip, so I padded the schedule by repeating week 7 two times.

I tried to delineate exactly what pace or speed/strength workout we'd be doing each day.  Having a goal for a run is always helpful, and I think it will be even more so when running 6 days in a row.

One acronym not defined on the HB plan:
LSR: Long Slow Run, 45-60 sec slower than MP

As we progress, we may modify the mileage or the pacing on the weekend runs if this seems to easy.
